You understand by creating a custom design, Dave's Logo Designs and Apparel holds the rights to the image (unless likeness is that of a minor), and design and can continue selling that or variations with no payments made to you. By utilizing Dave's Logo Designs, you understand that we can use any item or project we create in any advertising of the services without your permission.

Dave's Logo Designs and Apparel holds the right to refuse service, refuse payment type or refuse to create anything we believe may be objectionable to anyone for any reason. All attempts will be made to change the design to a less offensive one if necessary.
