Refund policy

Refunds for custom goods will not be accepted for any reason. Customized products have been worked between Dave's Logo Designs and Apparel and you. All issues have been checked and by paying for the product, certify the product is accurate. If there's a workmanship issue, Dave's Logo Designs and Apparel will work with Custom Cat to alleviate the issue. No monetary refunds will be given.

Non-customized items, if you return an item to Dave's Logo Designs and Apparel's store, before doing so, take a picture of the defective merchandise, and explain why it's bad. We will work with Custom Cat on a resolution. All efforts will be exhausted before issuing a refund.

Refunds on charitable wear will be given, but the donation to the cause will not. They shouldn't lose.

No item will be exchanged or reprinted without evidence it needs to be reprinted,.  Photo and e-mail daveslogodesigns@gmail.com and we'll get it right.

If the product purchased was the wrong one, and you want a different product, we will not exchange it or return it, or offer any help in lowering cost. Select wisely.
